The Principal Contractor tier includes all of that, plus a Construction Phase Plan and the ability to manage and communicate with your team and subcontractors - assigning RAMS, collecting acknowledgements, and tracking sign-off - all within the app.

A legal document required under CDM 2015. It sets out how health and safety will be managed during the construction phase, and must be in place before work starts on site. MyRAMSapp builds it for you.

No. You provide the project details and select the risks that apply. The app generates your RAMS and CPP for you.

You add your employees and subcontractors to the app, then assign the relevant RAMS to each person or trade. They can acknowledge receipt through the app, and you can track sign-off across the whole site from one dashboard.

Yes. The template is structured in line with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and the Approved Code of Practice L153.

The most common site hazards are pre-loaded: asbestos, electricity, gas, water, work at height, excavations, structural collapse, COSHH materials, Fire and the Building Safety Act. You can also add site-specific risks to all RAMS.

Before the construction phase starts. If the project runs to 500 or more person days, you'll also need to notify the HSE using an F10 form. MyRAMSapp flags this requirement within the document.

Yes. RAMS and the CPP can both be updated at any time if the scope of work or site conditions change.
